VITAS
BIANCO MASTICE 2049 is a high-performance two-component solvent-free adhesive
system. Formulated with thixotropic epoxy resins and cycloaliphatic amines, it
delivers exceptional bonding strength and gap-filling capabilities for light
and white stones. Notably, the material exhibits superior UV resistance,
minimizing degradation and color change from ultraviolet light exposure. VITAS
BIANCO MASTICE 2049 can be easily tinted for seamless application on dark and
colored stones as well. Additionally, it demonstrates minimal shrinkage during
cure and boasts excellent fatigue resistance, making it ideal for vertical
applications.
Instruction to Use

Substrate Preparation: Ensure the bonding
surfaces are clean, dry, and free of any contaminants like dust, oil, or
grease.

Mixing Instructions: Thoroughly mix
components A and B in the designated weight ratio of 100 parts A to 50 parts B
until a uniform, homogeneous mixture is achieved.
