VITAS EPO FIX -2046

VITAS EPO FIX 2046 is a thixotropic epoxy resins and cycloaliphatic amines-based system. It is a solvent-free dual component adhesive for joints & holes. It can be used on either light or white stones due to its remarkable UV and yellowing resistance. Easy Colouring for use on dark and coloured stones. Suitable for vertical joints, minimal shrinkage during the hardening process, and excellent fatigue resistance.

·        Surface Preparation:

              Ensure the bonding surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, and any contaminants.

·        Adhesive Mixing:

            Mix components A and B in a 100:50 weight ratio using a suitable mixing device to achieve a      homogenous paste.

·         Application:

              Immediately apply the prepared adhesive to the clean surface.

·         Curing:

              Allow the adhesive to cure for 3-4 hours before proceeding to the next steps. Refer to the       manufacturer's data sheet for specific cure times based on ambient conditions.

·         Next Steps:

                Once the adhesive is fully cured, proceed with the subsequent phases of your project.
